Novotel Miami Brickell

The staff were courteous and polite all the time. The pool was good and I had bottled drinks in the roof top bar. The casual restaurant was nice, they served exceptional food.

I enjoyed that the reception was nice. The breakfast was superb, had lots of options and the food was brilliant. It was situated near restaurants and bars. Also, the area was excellent.

We appreciated to be here, its staff and location. And it also had exceptional view. Kindness from the whole staff. That was intimate hotel set in entertainment area.

Location was easy, stuff were sincere, very quick check-in. Everything was spotless as expected, even so the bathroom was very cold. Plenty of affordable food, we loved it. Friendly reception.

Overall my stay was excellent and I will be back. Location was super : stores and a drugstore within walking distance. Immaculate room and a good bed. Perfect service, provided by the consistently courteous staff.

Great place, HELPFUL staff, panoramic views. Also, free WiFi was provided. Enjoyed dainties at le marche cafe, it was a short walk to the hotel.
